Lillian M. Erickson., age 88 of Anoka, MN passed away October 21, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Verr & Lillian Beucler; 7 brothers and sisters. Lillian was welcomed into Heaven by her husband Donald and granddaughter, Jenna Grace Paschke. Lillian was born in Detroit Lakes, MN on May 25, 1931. She grew up on the family farm in Anoka and graduated from Anoka High School. Lillian met Donald at a high school dance at Lake George, and quickly fell in love. They married on March 28, 1953 when Don got a three day pass from the Army. Lillian raised four daughters and worked as a preschool aide at Zion Lutheran Church for many years. She loved caring for her grandchildren, tending her flower garden, cooking and baking. Lillian especially loved going out dancing with Don on Friday nights. Lillian also served as President of the Auxiliary at the Anoka Legion. Lillian is survived by her daughters, Linda Erickson, Laurie Williams (Jeff), Kris Prince (Steven), Holly Paschke (Steve), eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 29th, 11 am, at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 301 County Road 19, Excelsior, with visitation starting at 10 am. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, 2 pm, assembly # 1.
