Berset, Robert M. "Bob" of Chaska, MN, age 84, passed away peacefully with his children by his side on October 20, 2019. Preceded in death by his parents, Merrill & Eleanor, first wife Marlys (nee Tschimperle), and son-in-law, Stephen Goethke. Survived by wife Ida (nee Cameron), sister, Nancy Tschimperle, daughters, Susan Goethke & Jill Berndt (Greg), sons, Robert, (fiancee, Karen Popehn), and Michael (Nicole), stepson, Bill Walker (Elayna), stepdaughters, Tina Indrehus (John), and Barbara Hurd, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bob was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved to watch his children and grandchildren in their many activities. He spent his retirement years in North Carolina playing golf and enjoying his many friends. Memorial service Fri. Nov. 1, 2019 at 11AM at Huber Funeral Home Chapel, 520 2nd St. Excelsior with visitation beginning at 9:30AM. Reception will follow the service. Private family interment at a later time.
